Role: Java Solution Architect

Location: Hybrid Onsite - Dallas TX, Jersey City Nj, Tampa FL

Duration: Long term contract

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Create detailed blueprints and technical specifications for software solutions. This includes defining the system's architecture, data flow, components, and integration points to ensure it is scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. 📈
• Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical expert and mentor for the development team. They provide guidance on design patterns, best practices, and technology choices, and are often responsible for conducting code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to the architectural plan.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and clients, to understand requirements and constraints. They must effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and gain buy-in for the proposed solution.
• Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to determine their suitability for a project. This ensures the solution remains modern, efficient, and cost-effective.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Several years of experience as a senior developer or team lead in a specific technology stack (Java OR Python, or .NET).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in one of the specified technologies, including its associated frameworks, libraries, and design patterns. For example:
  • Java: Proficiency with Spring, Hibernate, microservices, and J2EE.
