Key Responsibilities
Data Science & Model Support (Python)
- Maintain and enhance the existing XGBoost model built in Python
- Monitor model accuracy, re-train with updated data, and optimize hyperparameters
- Perform exploratory data analysis and generate insights using Python (Pandas, NumPy, matplotlib)
- Identify key trigger points that move the RTC process forward by analyzing milestone progressions and blockers
Data Preparation & Transformation
- Extract, clean, and transform data from client's project tracking systems (e.g., Fuze)
- Validate and structure data for modeling and visualization
- Handle both structured fields and unstructured blocker notes (text fields)
Tableau Dashboard Development
- Design and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for different departments
- Integrate model output and forecasts into dashboards
- Build views to highlight blockers, priorities, and project readiness trigger points
- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy
Continuous Improvement
- Recommend improvements in data pipelines, model logic, and visual reporting
- Support user feedback cycles and iterate based on evolving business needs
