Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of our HR Service Delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, capable of translating complex HR business requirements into scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
- Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring solutions are built in accordance with best practices and company standards.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Ensure the security, scalability, and optimal performance of the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Conduct technical reviews and participate in governance processes to maintain platform integrity and quality.
- Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow HRSD features and releases, providing recommendations for adoption and continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and technical procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution delivery, with a focus on HRSD.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar senior-level role.
- Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD module and its core applications.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform features, including scripting (JavaScript), workflows, and integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist - HR (CIS-HR) certifications are strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
