Location: Onsite – Juno Beach FL (Need local Candidates)

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead UX initiatives using Human-Centered Design and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze current systems/processes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, architects, and developers.
- Map and document user journeys, identify pain points, and recommend solutions.
- Create intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging designs for tools and applications.
- Reduce research/design cycle time through efficient design strategies and tools.
- Solve problems with a balance of creativity and data-driven quality techniques.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design or Product Design.
- Strong knowledge of Human-Centered Design principles.
- Experience with Six Sigma or similar process improvement frameworks (Green Belt preferred).
- Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.
Nice to Have:
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Experience in enterprise or utility industry UX projects
- Background in UX research and usability testing
