Scope:
- Detailed Discovery of current processes
- Stakeholder mapping and alignment
- Salesforce & Mulesoft Implementation Architecture Design
- System Architecture crosswalk against CEQ
- Detailed Implementation Roadmap
- Salesforce Org and Mulesoft Setup / License Activation
- Configuration & Testing of initial Salesforce Functionality and Mulesoft Integrations
- Congressional / Council on Environmental Quality's (CEQ) Reporting Support
- ATO support
- A good understanding of Experience Cloud (EE) and Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is strongly desired, as the program heavily revolves around License Permitting and Inspection (LPI) within PSS.
